If no author is identified, begin with the title.
Alphabetize these kinds of entries by the first significant word
in the title. A sample entry follows:
Experimental psychology. (1938). New York: Holt.
Begin with the title, italicized. Only the first important
word should be capitalized. Date of publication should follow,in
parentheses. Place of publication and publisher come next. Use a
colon after the place of publication. Each portion of the entry
should be separated by a period and two spaces.
